Interview with JEAN-MARIE DE LA TRINITE

Author of THE MYSTIC

THE MYSTIC

Where are you from originally and where do you reside now?

I was born in Gary, Indiana, and raised in Gary and Chicago, Illinois.

If you currently reside somewhere besides where you were born, what’s the story that lead from there to here?

I am a “Pilgrim of The Absolute” to quote Léon Bloy, a Wanderer of and in God. I have gone where God has led me in the accomplishment of His work.

What made you decide to write and publish your first book?

My writing is under Divine Inspiration in which I am compelled to write what God Speaks in my Soul. The same is true of the publishing of this work.

How would you describe your books to first time readers?

My books reveal the nature and development of Mystical Superconsciousness. They are a description of the Soul’s journey to God and Transformation into God.

Who do you feel is most likely to connect with the topics you write about?

Anyone seeking Divine Enlightenment can profit from reading my books. They appeal to spiritually-minded persons and to Mystics.

What unexpected or surprising thing did you learn during the process of writing and publishing?

I learned that there is nothing that I could not do possessed of the will to do it.

If you could, what advice would you give to your past self before embarking on this journey?

Do not be afraid. Fear nothing. Go forth in the work with great courage.

How many people would you ideally like to reach with your books?

100,000

What has been the biggest challenge and frustration during the process to date?

Promoting and marketing the work is the biggest challenge by far.

What’s your biggest strengths when it comes to book a) writing, b) publishing and c) marketing?

Writing and publishing are my biggest strengths.

What’s your biggest weakness when it comes to book a) writing, b) publishing and c) marketing?

Marketing is my weakness.

When do you think you will write your next book?

I have already written it.

Are you self published or did you use a hybrid publisher, or a traditional publisher?

I am on the Amazon publishing platform via CreateSpace, which I believe no longer exists.
